Sugar…..you have no more power over me.

I am a sugar addict. I am taking my life back. Starting tonight. Starting now. Starting this moment, even as I write this post while still foggy brained, bloated, and regretful of my final sugar binge that ended only a few hours ago.

Tomorrow will be hell, because my sugar addiction won’t give up easy. And yet, tomorrow will be great…..because I will be free.

One more glass of water into an already bloated stomach….and then off to bed, knowing full well that the caffeine from tonight’s chocolate orgy will prevent much quality sleep. Tomorrow will be better. Tomorrow’s tomorrow better still.
